Text
Any party may appeal to the supreme court
or the court of appeals from any order or judgment of the superior court
in any case where, under Indiana law, an appeal may be had from a
similar order or judgment of the circuit court. The appeal is governed
by the law governing appeals from the circuit court to the court of
appeals and the supreme court.
