§ 33-33-7-1 — Judicial circuit

Indiana·Art. 33 COURT SYSTEM ORGANIZATION IN EACH·Ch. 7 Brown County
(a)Brown County constitutes the eighty-eighth judicial circuit.
(b)The judge of the Brown circuit court may appoint one (1) full-time magistrate under IC 33-23-5. The magistrate continues in office until removed by the judge. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-4-1-7.]
