§ 33-33-67-2 — Establishment of standard superior court

Indiana·Art. 33 COURT SYSTEM ORGANIZATION IN EACH·Ch. 67 Putnam County
(a)There is established a court of record to be known as the Putnam superior court.
(b)The Putnam superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.
