Text
The judges of the Porter superior court
shall be commissioned by the governor in the same manner as a judge
of the circuit court and any vacancy occurring in the office of judge of
the superior court shall be filled by appointment by the governor in the
same manner as vacancies in the office of the judge of the circuit court.
