§ 33-33-64-17 — Additional personnel; administrative officer
The Porter superior court shall, when it
believes it is necessary, appoint additional personnel for the proper
administration of the court, including but not limited to an
administrative officer who shall operate under the jurisdiction of the
presiding judge.
