§ 33-33-64-16 — Majority decision of judges

Indiana·Art. 33 COURT SYSTEM ORGANIZATION IN EACH·Ch. 64 Porter County
When any action of the entire Porter superior court is required, the judges of the court shall act in concert. If there is a disagreement, the decision of the majority of the judges controls. However, in the absence of a majority, the decision of the presiding judge controls. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-38-24.]
