§ 33-33-64-16 — Majority decision of judges
When any action of the entire Porter
superior court is required, the judges of the court shall act in concert.
If there is a disagreement, the decision of the majority of the judges
controls. However, in the absence of a majority, the decision of the
presiding judge controls.
