Text
(a)The clerk of the superior court shall
furnish the following:
(1)All blanks, forms, and papers required for use in all criminal
cases and in all civil actions involving actions by a city or town
for violations of municipal penal ordinances.
(2)All books, papers, stationery, furniture, and other equipment
and supplies necessary for keeping the records of the proceedings
in all rooms of the superior court and for the transaction of all
business of the court.
(3)Necessary computerization of court records.
(b)The materials required under this section shall be furnished at
the expense of the county.
(c)The presiding judge of the court, by an order entered on the court
records signed by the presiding judge, shall determine and prescribe
the forms of the following:
