§ 33-33-45-32 — Notification
After the voting members of the
commission have been appointed by the governor and the voting
members of the commission appointed by the Lake County board of
commissioners have been certified to the secretary of state, clerk of the
supreme court, and clerk of the Lake circuit court as this chapter
provides, the clerk of the Lake circuit court shall by regular mail notify
the members of the commission of their election or appointment and
shall notify the chairperson of the judicial nominating commission of
the same.
