Text

(a)The court, by rules adopted by the court, shall designate one (1) of the judges as chief judge and shall fix the time that the chief judge presides. The chief judge is responsible for the efficient operation and conduct of the court.
(b)The judges of each division of the court, in accordance with the rules adopted by the judges of that division, shall designate a judge as the senior judge of that division and fix the time that the senior judge serves.
(c)The senior judge of each division shall report to the chief judge as to how the division should best judicially operate. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-29.5-19.]
