§ 33-33-42-1 — Judicial circuit

Indiana·Art. 33 COURT SYSTEM ORGANIZATION IN EACH·Ch. 42 Knox County
(a)Knox County constitutes the twelfth judicial circuit.
(b)The judge of the Knox circuit court and the judges of the Knox superior courts may jointly appoint one (1) full-time magistrate under IC 33-23-5 to serve the circuit and superior courts.
(c)The magistrate continues in office until removed by the judge of the Knox circuit court and the judges of the Knox superior courts. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-4-1-42.]
