§ 33-33-41-6 — Sitting of judges

Indiana·Art. 33 COURT SYSTEM ORGANIZATION IN EACH·Ch. 41 Johnson County
The judge of a Johnson superior court may, with the consent of the judge of another Johnson superior court, sit as the judge of the other superior court in any matter as if the judge of the superior court were an elected judge of the other superior court.
