§ 33-33-35-2 — Establishment of standard superior court
(a)There is established a court of record to be
known as the Huntington superior court.
(b)Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, the Huntington
superior court is a standard superior court as described in IC 33-29-1.
(c)Huntington County comprises the judicial district of the court.
