§ 33-33-32-10 — Magistrates
(a)The judges of the Hendricks superior
courts may jointly appoint two (2) full-time magistrates under IC 33-23-5 to serve the superior courts.
(b)The magistrates continue in office until removed by the judges
of the Hendricks superior courts.
