Text
Notwithstanding the provisions of any statute applying generally to superior or circuit courts, a judge of the:
(1)Hancock circuit court;
(2)Hancock superior court No. 1; or
(3)Hancock superior court No. 2;
may transfer an action or proceeding from the Hancock circuit court or
a Hancock superior court to the Hancock circuit court or another
Hancock superior court with the consent of the judge of the court that
would receive the action or proceeding.
