§ 33-33-3-6 — Magistrate
(a)The judge of Bartholomew superior court
No. 2 may appoint one (1) full-time magistrate to serve Bartholomew
superior court No. 2.
(b)The magistrate continues in office until removed by the judge of
Bartholomew superior court No. 2.
