§ 33-33-3-3 — Clerk and sheriff
The clerk of the Bartholomew circuit court is
the clerk of the Bartholomew superior courts, and the sheriff of
Bartholomew County is the sheriff of the Bartholomew superior courts.
The sheriff shall attend the courts. The clerk and the sheriff shall
discharge all the duties pertaining to their respective offices as they are
required to do by law with reference to the Bartholomew circuit court.
