In addition to the personnel that may be appointed under IC 33-29-1-5, the judge of each Hamilton superior court may appoint other personnel necessary to facilitate and transact the business of the court. The other necessary personnel shall serve at the pleasure of the court, and the judge shall fix their compensation within the limits and in the manner provided by law concerning other personnel of the court. The compensation shall be paid monthly out of the treasury of Hamilton County in the manner provided by law. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-22-3.]
