Text
(a)The court shall hold its sessions in:
(1)the Grant County courthouse in Marion; or
(2)other places in the county that the Grant County executive
provides.
(b)The Grant County executive shall provide and maintain a
suitable courtroom and other rooms and facilities, including furniture
and equipment, as may be necessary.
(c)The Grant County fiscal body shall appropriate sufficient funds
for the provision and maintenance of the rooms and facilities.
