Text
The judge of the court:
(1)has the same powers relating to the conduct of the business of
the court as the judges of the Grant circuit court, Grant superior
court, and Grant superior court No. 2; and
(2)may administer oaths, solemnize marriages, and take and
certify acknowledgments of deeds.
