Text
(a)The judge of the Grant circuit court,
Grant superior court, or Grant superior court No. 2 may, with the
consent of the judge of the court, transfer any action or proceeding
from the Grant circuit court, Grant superior court, or Grant superior
court No. 2 to the court.
(b)The judge of the court may, with the consent of the judge of the
Grant circuit court, Grant superior court, or Grant superior court No. 2,
transfer any action or proceeding from the court to the Grant circuit
court, Grant superior court, or Grant superior court No. 2.
