Text

The judge of the Grant superior court No. 2 shall appoint a bailiff and an official court reporter for the court, to serve at the pleasure of the court. The judge shall fix their compensation as provided by law concerning bailiffs and official court reporters. The compensation shall be paid monthly out of the treasury of Grant County.
