Text

(a)The term of the judge of the Grant superior court is six (6) years beginning on the first day of January following the judge's election.
(b)The voters of Grant County every six (6) years at a general election shall elect a person as judge of the court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-11-10.]
