Text

(a)The Elkhart superior court has six (6) judges. Each division of the circuit court or superior court of Elkhart County shall hold sessions at:
(1)the courthouse of the county; or
(2)any other place in the county as the board of county commissioners may provide.
(b)The board of county commissioners shall provide the circuit court clerk with an office as described in IC 33-32-2-4(a). [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-13.1-10.]
