Text

(a)All candidates for each respective Allen superior court judgeship shall be listed on the general election ballot in the form prescribed by IC 3-11, without party designation. The candidate receiving the highest number of votes for each judgeship shall be elected to that office.
(b)IC 3, except where inconsistent with this chapter, applies to elections held under this chapter.
(c)The term of each Allen superior court judge:
(1)begins January 1 following election and ends December 31 following the election of a successor; and
