Text

(a)There is established a superior court in Allen County.
(b)The superior court shall be known as the Allen superior court.
(c)The Allen superior court is a court of record, and its judgments, decrees, orders, and proceedings have the same force and effect and shall be enforced in the same manner as those of the Allen circuit court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-5.1-1; 33-5-5.1-2; 33-5-5.1-5.]
