Text

After:

(1)the attorney members of the commission have been elected; and
(2)the names of the nonattorney commissioners appointed by the governor have been certified to the secretary of state, the clerk of the supreme court, and the clerk of Allen superior court; the superior court clerk shall notify the members of the commission of their election or appointment.
