Text

(a)There is established a judicial nominating commission for the Allen superior court.
(b)The board of county commissioners of Allen County shall provide all facilities, equipment, supplies, and services necessary for the administration of the duties of the commission.
(c)The members of the commission serve without compensation. However, the board of commissioners shall reimburse members of the commission for actual expenses incurred in performing their duties. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-5.1-30.1.]
