Text
(a)The court, by rules adopted by the Allen
superior court, shall divide the work of the court into the following
divisions:
(1)A family relations division.
(2)A criminal division (including a standard minor offenses and
violations docket under IC 33-29-2-8).
(3)A civil division (including a standard small claims docket
under IC 33-29-2-4).
(b)Cases involving juvenile matters shall be assigned to the family
relations division.
(c)Cases involving matters specified in IC 33-29-2-8 shall be
assigned to the criminal division.
(d)Cases involving matters specified in IC 33-29-2-4 shall be
assigned to the small claims docket in the civil division.
(e)The work of each division may be divided further by rules
adopted by the court.
