(a)The Allen superior court shall be governed and operated by a board of judges composed of all the judges of the superior court. Six (6) judges are required for a quorum for conducting business and as a majority for taking action. Every two (2) years the board of judges shall elect a chief judge to carry out ministerial functions of representation as the board of judges periodically determines by a majority of the board's members.
(b)Matters of administration, budget, expenditures, policy, and procedure affecting the entire superior court shall be determined by a majority of the board of judges. Any determination binds the entire board of judges and each judge of the board.
