Text
The clerk, under the direction of the Allen superior court, shall provide:
(1)order books;
(2)judgment dockets;
(3)execution dockets;
(4)fee books; and
(5)other books, papers, and records;
as are necessary for the court. All books, papers, and proceedings of the
court shall be kept distinct and separate from those of other courts.
