Text
The clerk of the Dubois circuit court shall
serve as the clerk of the Dubois superior court, and the sheriff of
Dubois County shall serve as the sheriff of the Dubois superior court.
The sheriff shall attend the court. The clerk and the sheriff shall
perform the same duties relating to their offices as they are required to
do with respect to the Dubois circuit court.
