The rooms described in section 1 of this chapter shall be numbered consecutively, beginning with No.

1.The judges of the courts shall be nominated and elected by rooms. However, any one (1) judge may sit as judge in the other rooms of the court. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-5-3-1.]
