Text

(a)The judge of the circuit court of the county in which the standard superior court is located may, with the consent of the judge of the standard superior court, transfer any action or proceeding from the circuit court to the standard superior court.
(b)The judge of a standard superior court may, with the consent of the judge of the circuit court, transfer any action or proceeding from the standard superior court to the circuit court of the county in which the standard superior court is located.
