Text

(a)The county executive for the county in which the standard superior court is located shall provide and maintain:
(1)a suitable courtroom;
(2)furniture and equipment; and
(3)other rooms and facilities; necessary for the operation of the court.
(b)The county fiscal body shall appropriate sufficient funds for the provision and maintenance of the items described in subdivisions (1) through (3). [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: Various 33-33 provisions.]
