Text

The clerk of a standard superior court, under the direction of the judge of the court, shall provide:

(1)order books and fee books;
(2)judgment dockets and execution dockets; and
(3)other books for the court; that must be kept separately from the books and papers of other courts. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: Various 33-33 provisions.]
