§ 33-29-1-10 — Transfer of judges

(a)The judge of the circuit court of the county in which the standard superior court is located may, with the consent of the judge of the standard superior court, sit as a judge of the standard superior court in any matter as if the circuit court judge were an elected judge of the standard superior court.
(b)The judge of a standard superior court may, with the consent of the judge of the circuit court, sit as the judge of the circuit court of the county in which the standard superior court is located in any matter as if the judge of the standard superior court were the elected judge of the circuit court.
