§ 33-28-5-10 — Computerized jury selection system

(a)The supervising judge may authorize use of a computerized jury selection system under this chapter.
(b)A system authorized under subsection (a) must provide for the impartial and random selection of prospective jurors. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-4-11-10.]
