§ 33-26-4-2 — Employees; clerk
(a)The tax court may employ:
(1)a bailiff;
(2)a clerk;
(3)a reporter;
(4)a clerical assistant; or
(5)any other personnel that the court needs to perform its duties.
(b)The clerk of the supreme court shall serve as the clerk of the tax
court.
