§ 33-26-2-2 — Qualifications of judge

Indiana·Art. 26 TAX COURT·Ch. 2 Tax Court Judge

The judge of the tax court must:

(1)be a citizen of Indiana; and
(2)have been admitted to the practice of law in Indiana for a period of at least five (5) years. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-3-5-4.]
