§ 33-25-3-4 — Appeals; amount in controversy

Indiana·Art. 25 COURT OF APPEALS·Ch. 3 Rules and Procedures
Except as provided in IC 34-56-1, an appeal may not be taken to the court of appeals in any civil case where the amount in controversy, exclusive of interest and costs, does not exceed fifty dollars ($50). [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-3-2-4.]
