§ 33-25-1-4 — Location for hearings

Indiana·Art. 25 COURT OF APPEALS·Ch. 1 Judges; Geographic Districts

All districts of the court of appeals shall sit for the hearing and decision of causes in:

(1)Indianapolis; or
(2)any other place that the chief judge of the court of appeals may designate. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-2.1-2-2.]
