Text
(a)When the supreme court makes an order
under section 1 of this chapter, the clerk of the supreme court shall
procure the books ordered by the court and transcribe in them the
records or parts of records as ordered by the court.
(b)Records or parts of records transcribed under this chapter have
the force and effect of the original records. Transcripts of records or
parts of records transcribed under this chapter, certified by the clerk,
under the seal of the court, have the same force and effect as transcripts
of the original records.
