§ 33-24-6-12 — Court technology fund

(a)The court technology fund is established to fund court technology. The office of judicial administration shall administer the fund. The fund consists of the following:
(1)Appropriations made by the general assembly.
(2)Grants and gifts designated for the fund or court technology.
(b)The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same manner as other public funds may be invested.
(c)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the state general fund.
(d)The budget committee may release funds for court technology after the office of judicial administration certifies in conjunction with the Indiana office of technology, that the court technology is in compliance with the information s
