Text

Any judge transferred to a court in another county shall be paid travel and other necessary expenses by the county to which the judge is transferred. An allowance for expenses shall be certified by the chief justice in duplicate to the auditor of the county. The certificate of allowance is prima facie evidence of the correctness of the claims.
