Indiana Statutes
§ 33-24-6-1 — Creation of office
There is created within the office of chief justice the office of judicial administration, which must:
(1)be headed by a chief administrative officer; and
(2)have departments within the office as designated by the
administrative rules of the Indiana supreme court.
