§ 33-24-5-7 — Coroner to act as deputy

The sheriff of the supreme court may require the coroner of any county to act as the sheriff of the supreme court's deputy where the sheriff of that county is an interested party. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-15-7-7.]
