§ 33-24-3-5 — Additional powers of court
The supreme court may:
(1)impose and administer all necessary oaths;
(2)punish by fine and imprisonment for contempt of the supreme
court's authority; and
(3)process and compel the attendance of witnesses by attachment
and fine.
