§ 33-24-12-2 — "Indigent"

Indiana·Art. 24 SUPREME COURT·Ch. 12 Civil Legal Aid Fund
As used in this chapter, "indigent" means an individual whose income is not more than one hundred twenty-five percent (125%) of the federal income poverty level as determined annually by the federal Office of Management and Budget under 42 U.S.C. 9902.
