Text

A person is immune from civil liability for damages for any sworn or written statements made:

(1)without malice and transmitted to the commission, the executive secretary, or the executive secretary's staff; or
(2)in the course of investigatory, hearing, or review proceedings under Admission and Discipline Rule 23. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citations: 33-2-3.1-2; 33-2-3.1-3.]
