Text

If a practitioner:

(1)violates IC 35-43-5-4.7 (insurance fraud); or
(2)is convicted under IC 35-43-5-4 of an offense that relates to insurance (including an attempt or a conspiracy); the sentencing court shall provide notice of the conviction to each governmental body that has issued a license to the practitioner. [Pre-2004 Recodification Citation: 33-1-16-4.]
